Do I need to know what is wrong?
No. Just describe what you are experiencing. If you do not know the cause, contact Buzzl first. A short clarification about the right help is free. Once support starts, remote support costs a fixed 399 kr. for up to 60 minutes and a home visit costs 599 kr. for up to 90 minutes.
Can you help if I live far away?
Yes, remote support is available across Denmark when your computer can start and has internet access. Home visits are arranged in North Zealand.
What happens when I book?
A completed online booking reserves your time immediately. The task, total price and any travel are agreed before work starts. No payment is taken during booking.
