Questions about backup & data protection
Do I need an external drive?
You need a suitable destination such as an external drive or cloud storage. We can help determine what makes sense first.
Is backup the same as data recovery?
No. Backup protects files that are still accessible. Lost or inaccessible files require a separate recovery assessment.
Remote support or help at your home?
If your computer can start and get online, remote support in English may be an option wherever you live in Denmark. If the task needs physical access, we can arrange a home visit in North Zealand.
