Buzzl can troubleshoot the home network but cannot repair faults in your internet provider’s external network. For problems outside the home, we help identify what needs to be reported.

Can Wi-Fi be investigated remotely?
Yes, when the connection is stable enough for a session. For complete outages or coverage problems at home, a visit is often more practical.
Can you help with the router?
We can review common setup and connection problems. Changes depend on the router model and access to the equipment.
Do you help in Allerød?
Yes. Home visits can be arranged in Allerød and other parts of North Zealand.
Remote support or help at your home?
If your computer can start and get online, remote support in English may be an option wherever you live in Denmark. If the task needs physical access, we can arrange a home visit in North Zealand.
