Home visits in North Zealand
Send your address and a description of the task. We confirm whether we can cover your address. A home visit costs 599 kr. for up to 90 minutes. Travel surcharges start at 99 kr. and are confirmed based on the address. This is not automatic confirmation of a visit.
What should you prepare for a home visit?
Describe what happens, which computer or printer is involved and whether internet is available. Have the power supply and relevant accessories ready. Include your address in the booking so we can confirm the travel distance and any surcharge. A reserved time does not automatically approve the address or travel arrangements.
If a printer or network connection only fails at home, it can help to inspect the equipment where you use it. See computer and printer help and service prices and extras. If you live outside the area, remote support across Denmark may still be an option.

What does travel cost?
Travel surcharges start at 99 kr. The specific price is confirmed in advance once we know the address.
Can I arrange collection?
There is no regular collection service. For data recovery or tasks requiring equipment to be dropped off, we agree the practical arrangements individually.
Should I try remote support first?
We work out together what fits best. Many tasks can be handled online, while others need a visit.
