Printer not working?
If your printer will not print, connect to Wi-Fi or appear on the computer, we can help work through the connection and setup.

- Printer shows as offline
- Computer cannot find the printer

Good to know
Mechanical faults, broken printheads and physically damaged printers normally require repair or replacement and are not included in everyday IT support.

- Reinstall or correct the printer setup where appropriate
- Test printing together with you
Questions about printer not working?
Can printer problems be solved remotely?
Yes, when the computer and printer are online and the problem involves settings, drivers or the print queue. Physical connections may require your help or a home visit.
Do you help with wireless printers?
Yes. We can check the Wi-Fi connection between the printer, router and computer.
What does printer help cost?
Remote support costs a fixed 399 kr. for up to 60 minutes. Home visits in North Zealand cost 599 kr. for up to 90 minutes.
Remote support or help at your home?
If your computer can start and get online, remote support in English may be an option wherever you live in Denmark. If the task needs physical access, we can arrange a home visit in North Zealand.
