Good to know about the task
You log in and type your codes yourself – we never see them and store nothing. If you need a new MitID, a code display or an identity check, we help with the next steps; a few things require Borgerservice.
Questions about MitID, Digital Post & e-Boks
Do you see my codes or my mail?
No. You log in and type your codes yourself. We only look at your screen when you allow it, and we store no information.
Can I help my parents with their Digital Post?
Yes. With a digital power of attorney on borger.dk you can read Digital Post for a family member. We are happy to show you how – and you are welcome to book on their behalf.
Remote support or help at your home?
If your computer can start and get online, remote support in English may be an option wherever you live in Denmark. If the task needs physical access, we can arrange a home visit in North Zealand.
