Your information

Your information

Here we explain what you share when you contact Buzzl and receive support.

When you contact us

An enquiry may include your name, email, preferred time and a description of the problem. For home visits, we also ask for your phone number and address. This information is used to answer your enquiry and arrange support.

Email or form

Preparing an email opens your own email application. The message is only sent when you send it from there. When the online form is active, the enquiry is saved on Buzzl's server and may be sent to support@buzzl.com.

Website traffic

Buzzl records basic traffic statistics on public pages to understand which pages are used, where visitors come from and whether booking works. The traffic log may include the time, page, referring domain and broad device type. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the traffic log. Instead, the server generates a pseudonymous visitor key to estimate unique visits without storing the IP address itself. After a completed online booking, this key may temporarily be linked to the booking to measure whether a visit leads to a booking. It is not used for advertising, and raw IP addresses are not stored as traffic data. Traffic data and this attribution are cleared after approximately 90 days. The admin panel, API calls and private booking links are excluded from traffic statistics.

Google Analytics and your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics cookies. It helps us understand how our public pages are used. Before you accept, we do not load Google’s analytics tag, send analytics data to Google or create Google Analytics cookies. Rejecting does not affect contact or booking.

After acceptance, Google may receive pageviews, a cookie identifier, general browser and device information and technical connection data. We remove query parameters and fragments from the page address configured for Google and send only the referring domain. We do not send booking details to Google. Admin pages, API routes and private booking links are not measured. Google’s advertising consent settings remain denied, and Google signals and ad personalization are disabled.

Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are set with a lifetime of at most 180 days without automatic renewal. Your acceptance or rejection is stored locally in your browser for 180 days. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. If you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics, remove its cookies for this site and reload the page. Withdrawal applies to future collection and does not automatically delete information previously collected by Google.

Google processes analytics data, and processing may take place outside the EU/EEA. Learn more about how Google processes information from sites using its services. Buzzl’s own visitor statistics, described above, are separate and continue unchanged regardless of your Google Analytics choice.

How Google uses information

Security and abuse prevention

Buzzl records technical security events, such as repeated failed admin login attempts and unusually frequent API calls. The log may contain the IP address, time, path and browser user-agent and is used only for operation and abuse prevention. Application security events are automatically deleted after approximately 30 days.

During remote support

Remote support uses Zoho Assist. You continue to their service and grant access for the agreed session. Close private documents that are not needed for support.

Only share what is needed

Do not send passwords, MitID codes, payment card information or sensitive documents in your enquiry.
