Get your computer working with you again.
We help with programs, email, printer connections, slow computers and common PC problems. You do not need to know the technical terminology.
What is included

Good to know about the task
The standard session covers up to 60 minutes remotely or 90 minutes for a home visit. An additional started 30 minutes costs 149 kr. Software licences and hardware are not included.

Can you help with my printer?
Yes, we can often help with printer setup and connections. Mechanical printer faults may require another type of repair.
What if I have several problems?
Describe them when booking and we will agree the scope before starting.

Remote support or help at your home?
If your computer can start and get online, remote support in English may be an option wherever you live in Denmark. If the task needs physical access, we can arrange a home visit in North Zealand.
