Good to know about the task
The computer itself, hardware, software licences and cloud subscriptions are not included. Large transfers or specialist software may require additional agreed time.
Questions about set up your new computer
Can you move everything from my old computer?
We can help with agreed files, email and common settings. Some applications and licences need to be installed again.
Do I need a home visit?
Not necessarily. Much of the setup can be done remotely, but printers, network equipment and physical devices can make a home visit useful.
Remote support or help at your home?
If your computer can start and get online, remote support in English may be an option wherever you live in Denmark. If the task needs physical access, we can arrange a home visit in North Zealand.
