We first check whether reinstalling Windows is the right solution and agree what should happen to your files and programs before anything is changed.

Good to know about the task
Windows licences, additional programs and backups are not included. Reinstallation can delete data and may require physical access or your help at the computer.
Questions about windows installation
Can everything be done remotely?
Not always. The remote connection may disappear during installation, so we agree beforehand whether a home visit is more suitable.
Will I keep my files?
That depends on the installation. Backup and data retention must be agreed before we start.
Remote support or help at your home?
If your computer can start and get online, remote support in English may be an option wherever you live in Denmark. If the task needs physical access, we can arrange a home visit in North Zealand.
